Small Items:
We deliver all small items via FastWay Ireland. These goods are usually dispatched 1-2 working days after your completed order has been received. Dispatched goods sent via FastWay are all trackable.

Garden Furniture:
We can deliver to anywhere in Ireland. Our aim is to get you your furniture as quickly and safely as possible. Therefore, we primarily use our own Hawk Hall Fleet and couriers who are efficient and are sure to handle your furniture with the utmost care.

Delivery:
• Measure the journey that our delivery team will take and ensure that your item will fit along the path to your desired space.
• Double check the measurement of your item to go in your desired space. Item measurements can be found in item specifications on our website.
• Check access routes to ensure that there is enough space for the delivery van to reach your address.
• Notify us of any potential access problems such as steps, tight corners, narrow corridors etc. That your product will need to fit through to reach its final destination.
• Our drivers are only insured up to kerbside delivery.

It is up to you, the customer, to ensure that all details on your order confirmation are correct and as requested, at the time of purchase. Errors cannot be rectified at a later date and full liability will fall to you, the customer.
All sizes and dimensions should be checked by you, the customer, before purchase to ensure the item will fit into the space it is required for. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure there is sufficient access to the intended area for the purchased product, taking into consideration any doorways, narrow corridors, stairwells, lifts etc. The customer is responsible for any items which do not fit and no refund or exchange will be offered.

Our All Weather Rope is extremely strong and durable and has a very small stretch % (so will keep its shape, integrity and good looks for many years). The Rope is handwoven over high quality, powder coated aluminium frames that offer great strength combined and are relatively lightweight.
Our high quality All Weather Rope is made from Polypropylene yarn braided over Polyethylene synthetic wicker with UV Protection incorporated.

You really can leave this furniture out ALL YEAR ROUND ! We would always strongly advise though that when not in use over the harsher Winter months, it would always be best to store the cushions ( if supplied ) away so they avoid the harshest of the weather. This will protect and lengthen the life of the cushions. The Rope frames though will be absolutely fine left out, uncovered and just clean as necessary with soapy water of a LOW powered jet wash . If you choose to cover your furniture over Winter that will of course help reduce cleaning maintenance come the Spring !

Preservation of the Earth’s ecological system is today a major concern. Indiscriminate deforestation of the Amazon Basin and other rainforests has led to widespread suspicion by the public of those companies in the Teak industry.

HAWK HALL uses Javanese Teak in the manufacture of its furniture. Our Teak is harvested from carefully controlled plantations, established in Indonesia by the Dutch in the mid-19th century. The Indonesian government allows the felling of a limited number of trees each year, and ensures that an equal amount of reforestation takes place.

The Indonesian government and its people, undertook to develop a teak furniture program in Java. Since then, Indonesia have shown that such a program can be implemented without detriment to that country’s natural resources and Hawk Hall is happy to support this.

The products we use to manufacture are:

  • Sustainable A-grade Teak.
  • Hard-wearing, robust and durable.
  • Fine sanded & smooth finish.
  • Weather, water & rot resistant.
  • High in natural Teak oils.
  • Suitable for outdoor use all year round.**
  • Teak naturally discolours ( turns grey’ish ) over time. If you wish to look after the wood to keep the original colour, please see our Golden Care range. We recommend the Teak Shield to be used on new tables.
  • Chairs are made from either powdered coated aluminium or solid Teak with All Weather Rope.
  • These Items are a bespoke design for Hawk Hall Limited in Ireland

All of Hawk Hall’s products are handmade, hand finished and one of a kind.
Please note that irregularities are part of the process of the making of these products and all boxes have been opened to be quality checked in Ireland.

Some aluminium furniture pieces have marked during the shipping process and if there are obvious flaws, we will list the product as B Grade, and it will be reflected in the price.
